Shopify ShipLab Collaborator Access

To connect to your Shopify store we will need permission within your Shopify account. Once you provide us with your Shopify admin URL (i.e. ________.myshopify.com) then we will submit a Collaborator Request.

Note: If your store requires a "Collaborator Request Code" please make sure you provide that to us as well. You can find this by going to Settings > Users & Permissions and scrolling down to Collaborators.


Once we send the request, you will need to accept it. To accept that request go to:


1. Settings > Users & Permissions
2. Scroll down to Collaborators and click on ShipLab and then "Accept"
3. For Permissions you can click “Select All” or if you want to specific items you can, we just need to make sure we have access to Apps, Orders, Settings, and Products
