Creating a Shippo Account in ShipHero

ShipHero/ShipLab uses Shippo for all USPS Postage, as well as other providers as they become available. If you would like to use ShipLab's rates for this then there is no action required. However, if you want to have USPS billed directly to you then you'll need to setup a Shippo account, and this can be done from within ShipHero.

  1. Go to https://shipping.shiphero.com/settings/carriers/
  2. Click "Connect Carrier" at the top right (Blue Button)
  3. Select Shippo from the list. You can also just select a certain carrier (i.e. Only USPS Shippo) if you just want that carrier to come through.

After this is complete please email support@shiplabsd.com so we can ensure the new account is included in your automations and shipping method mapping and we will also need to contact ShipHero support directly to enable carriers such as USPS. If there are any specific shipping situations that you want to use USPS for please include that information in the email as well.
