Creating a Shippo Account in ShipHero

ShipHero/ShipLab uses Shippo for all USPS Postage, as well as other providers as they become available. If you would like to use ShipLab's rates for this then there is no action required. However, if you want to have USPS billed directly to you then you'll need to setup a Shippo account, and this can be done from within ShipHero.

1. Login to app.shiphero.com
2. Click Shipping in the top Menu (also indicated by a truck icon)
3. Click Carriers
4. From the dropdown under "Add a New Carrier" select USPS (Shippo)
5. Click "Sign Up" and follow the steps needed to enter your billing information, account info, etc. (Please make sure you enter a validate credit card on your account)
6. After this is complete please email support@shiplabsd.com so we can ensure the new account is included in your automations. If there are any specific shipping situations that you want to use USPS for please include that information in the email as well.
