Order Lock & In-Tote (When Not To Edit Orders)
Within the Manage Orders section there are two columns that are very important to keep an eye on. By default the "Order Lock" column is displayed, but we also recommend clicking on "Column Visibility" (on the top right of the orders table) and add "In Tote". By having both of these columns on here you're able to quickly see if an order is being worked on, which will tell you not to make adjustments since it was already picked and/or is being shipped at that very moment.
Order Lock - This means it is being shipped/worked on by someone on our team.
In Tote - This means that the order has already been picked so you don't want to make any changes to items in the order as it was already fully picked.
In the screenshot below you'll see that In Tote is empty, this is because the order has already been moved from the tote to the shipping box. However, if it was in the tote and fully picked still it would say the tote number in that field. It's very important not to make any adjustments at that point.
