Allowing Partial Fulfillment of An Order "Splitting an Order"
The video below will walk you through the steps of enabling "Allow Partial" for a specific order. This is useful in the event that you have some items on the order that you'd still like us to ship, and then ship the remaining items when we have inventory to do so.
If you want to completely remove an item from an order we strongly recommend doing so in Shopify (if that is your marketplace) and then it will sync back that update in about 20 seconds. Additionally, you can cancel the item off within ShipHero but that will not show the item being cancelled wthin Shopify.
