Setting Customs Values

For international shipments you may want to set a different value for customs in the event that the order is a sample, or something similar. You can do this on the order detail page for that specific order, as well as save the value you set so future orders with that product use the same value. Here's how you adjust that:

1. Login to app.shiphero.com and go to Manage Orders, then search/select the order you want to review.

2. Below the link item for that SKU you'll see an option that says "Customs Value", click that:

3. A small box will appear and you can enter the customs value for that specific item.
