Sending Sample Orders (i.e. Sample SKU)

All orders must have SKUs for each of the line items within that order. This also applies to sample orders. The best way to submit a sample order is:

1. Create a new sku within Shopify called "{BRANDNAME}-SAMPLE". For example, ACME-SAMPLE. Here are instructions for product creation in Shopify: https://shiplab.helpscoutdocs.com/article/27-creating-new-products-or-duplicating-products If you don't use Shopify you can still create this product in your Marketplace, or in Shiphero itself.

2. Once that product has been imported into Shiphero then please let us know so we can add fake inventory in for it, this allows us to ship it.

3. When you submit your sample order through, please let us know the order number so we can ensure that it gets pulled and we can coordinate what items need to actually be in that order for you to ship it out. Note, if any items will need to be removed from ShipLab inventory then those skus must be on the order as well so they properly deduct (i.e. none sample items).
