Set DDP or DDU for International Shipments

By default we set the DDP (Deliver Duty Paid) vs. DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) at the Carrier level and it will apply to all shipments for that carrier. However, you can manually select the preferred incoterm (i.e. DDP/DDU) in the order details. This setting can be found on the right side of the order details page. Remember to click Update Details once you do.

Be aware that: 

- This will overwrite the incoterms for the profile and carrier settings for that order only.

- In case Shiphero doesn't support Incoterms settings for that Carrier, this will not be applied.
