ShipHero - Mapping New Shipping Methods

It is extremely important to ensure that your shipping methods are always mapped between your marketplace (i.e. Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) and ShipHero. If they are not then there is a very good chance the system will just select "Cheapest Method". This can be an issue if you add an expedited method like Overnight.

Key Notes:

1. ALWAYS select "12pm" & "Same Day" for the option that says "Orders Placed Before" otherwise your orders will not ship on time.
2. Automations will always override your mapping, so if you have an automation that is set to specify a shipping method then know that will override whatever method you select in the mapping selection. For example, if you introduce a new "Express Shipping" method on your store and map that properly, but have an automation set that tells us to "Ship All Orders the Cheapest Way" then the automation will override your Express Shipping mapping and select Cheapest Method. Please contact us if you think this is the case and we can always double check your automations to prevent any issues.
3. If the method reads "None" it still is required to be mapped.
