View Box Contents

There may be situations where you need to know what SKU is within what box that was shipped. For example, when prepping Amazon FBA plans or if a customer asks for tracking purposes. There are two ways to find this information:

  1. If you go to the order detail page for that specific order and scroll down on the right you will see the tracking numbers listed (or it will say GenericLabel). If you hover your mouse over the each of the shipments a little window will pop up that shows the quantity that is within each box.

  1. The second way is by using the "Shipped Items" report that can be found here: https://app.shiphero.com/reports/shipped-items-v2

This will allow you to select a variety of filters to find the order you're needing and then you can export the table if you'd like to easily have a breakdown of what was shipped when. Each line item will be its own SKU, so the same order will have multiple lines for each SKU that is within that order. You can use the "Tracking Number" column to determine what box the items are in.
