Check for Orders That Cannot Ship

Sometimes orders will be held up for other reasons besides an order hold. This could be items are out of stock (OOS) or sometimes there may just be a glitch and an order needs to be reprocessed.


You can find these orders this by going to the orders page https://app.shiphero.com/dashboard/orders/manage, and then selecting the following filters on the left hand side:

​1. Order date - Last 30 Days

​2. Fulfillment Status = Unfulfilled

​3. Ready to Ship = No
