Pay Shippo Invoices
If we bill postage to your Shippo account it is important to ensure that you have a valid payment method stored with Shippo. If that payment method gets declined then we will be unable to ship your orders using Shippo. While our team does as best we can to catch these errors, we are unable to access your Shippo account, so you need to pay the invoices and ensure the card is up to date. Here is how to do that:
- Login to your Shippo account and go to https://apps.goshippo.com/settings/account/billing
- On this page you will see a section called Invoices, and if there are any that were declined they will be indicated there. You will need to pay those invoices in order to release the hold on your account.
- After the above steps are completed and your account is current please email support@shiplabsd.com and let us know so we can attempt to ship your orders again.
