UPS Third Party Billing

Follow these instructions if you want to bill a shipment to a UPS Third Party account:


  1. Go to the order details within ShipHero
  2. Scroll down to the Shipment Info box on the right and click the Pencil Icon

  1. A pop up will appear for you to select the shipping method. If not already selected, select UPS from the carrier, and then the method you'd like. Then click Update.
  2. Go to the Shipment Info box and click on the Pencil icon again, to reopen the pop up.
  3. You should now see fields that ask you to enter the Third Party information, including the Account Number and Billing Zip code. Enter that information and click update.

  1. Now when the team generates the label it will bill to the UPS third party account that was entered.
