UPS Third Party Billing
Follow these instructions if you want to bill a shipment to a UPS Third Party account:
- Go to the order details within ShipHero
- Scroll down to the Shipment Info box on the right and click the Pencil Icon
- A pop up will appear for you to select the shipping method. If not already selected, select UPS from the carrier, and then the method you'd like. Then click Update.
- Go to the Shipment Info box and click on the Pencil icon again, to reopen the pop up.
- You should now see fields that ask you to enter the Third Party information, including the Account Number and Billing Zip code. Enter that information and click update.
- Now when the team generates the label it will bill to the UPS third party account that was entered.
