Purchase Order (PO) Submission
Please click the link below to review the Purchase Order submission process as well as where to download the purchase order CSV with your barcodes listed in the CSV.
Important PO Points:
1. Make sure that all products are entered into Shopify (or your marketplace) and have imported into ShipHero before creating/uploading a PO. Here are instructions/tips for Shopify product creation: https://shiplab.helpscoutdocs.com/article/27-creating-new-products-or-duplicating-products
2. When you are entering quantities in for each item via the Shiphero interface (i.e. not CSV) it is important to hit "Enter" or "Return" after each to ensure the number saves.
3. If you are not seeing your products showing up when you're creating the PO, it is most likely because they:
a. The product does not have a vendor assigned (Instructions for that:

b. Assigned to another vendor and you didn't select "All" for Vendor when you originally created the PO.
c. The product is set to be inactive.
4. Please make sure you review the PO receiving requirements for box labeling instructions and book an appointment if applicable (https://shiplab.helpscoutdocs.com/article/42-po-receiving-requirements)
5. If there is any labeling, quality inspection, or other work that you would like done to the PO, please ensure you add that information to the Note to Warehouse field of the PO.
Once a PO has Arrived at the Warehouse, please do not make any changes. Please email support@shiplabsd.com with ANY changes, including cancellations.

Required PO Fields for CSV Upload: 1. PO Number 2. Ship Date (When it is expected to ship from your vendor/manufacturer) 3. Expected Date (When it is expected to arrive at the warehouse, if needed, guess). 4. PO Date (When it is expected to arrive at the warehouse) 5. Status (This should always be "pending") 6. Sku 7. Quantity 8. Price (you can just put 0 if you do not want to include price)
