Creating a Manual Order in ShipHero

The video below will walk you through the steps of creating a manual order within ShipHero.

IMPORTANT: Automations are applied to manual orders, so it is very important to check the shipping method on the order AFTER you create the order to ensure it is correct. For example, if you select "FedEx Overnight" for the manual order, but there is an automation rule that selects "FedEx Ground" for all orders with the same criteria (i.e. Orders > 2lbs) then ShipHero will apply that automation and change the order from FedEx Overnight to FedEx Ground. Once the order is created, go to the order detail page and ensure the shipping method is correct. If you are placing an order to pick up items at the warehouse please ensure you use the following address. Note, we do not allow customer pick ups at the warehouse, this is solely for employees of your company. Once the order is submitted your team will receive a link to book an appointment slot for the pick-up.
