Creating an Amazon FBA Replenishment Order

Creating an Amazon replenishment order is very similar to placing a manual order within Shiphero. Please review that video here: https://shiplab.helpscoutdocs.com/article/33-shiphero-manual-order-creation

There are some other key considerations though to ensure the order is routed properly.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU ONLY HAVE 1 ORDER IN THE SYSTEM PER AMAZON PLAN. TO PREVENT CONFUSION, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SPLIT A SINGLE ORDER INTO MULTIPLE AMAZON PLANS/SHIPMENTS.

Important Amazon Order Identifiers
Please make sure that the following are set correctly when you submit your Amazon replenishment order. If these fields are set incorrectly then the needed order routing / tagging will not take place.

Company - This field MUST contain the word "Amazon" but can also contain your company name (i.e. ACME Amazon)
Address 1 - This field MUST contain the word "Enterprise" which you will be using our address so be sure to enter "3055 Enterprise Ct." for Address 1.
Zip code - This field MUST be "92081"

Portal Submission:
After the order is submitted, please submit a project request via portal.shiplabsd.com. This serves two purposes:

1. If your FBA order requires prep (i.e. FNSKU labeling) please be sure to include the appropriate labels and prep instructions. Additionally, as an extra safe guard, we recommend putting in a note in the Note to Warehouse Packer box of the order detail page (after you submit the order) that calls out the need for prep.

A. Login to portal.shiplabsd.com and go to Request a Project ( https://portal.shiplabsd.com/project-request-submission/)
B. Please enter the company name (i.e. ACME) and select “Amazon FBA” from the project type.
C. In the project name field you can put the ShipHero order number that the labels are for.
D. In the “Describe The Project” please put the labeling instructions in (i.e. this FNSKU label should be applied to this SKU on the order).
E. Attach the needed files in the “Files or Relevant Images” section. If you don’t need us to provide weights and dims for the plan and you already have shipping labels you can attach those to the submission as well.

2. We will use this support ticket to reply back with the weights and dims for you to create shipping labels within Seller Central.
